Twisted Pine in Boulder, I ordered a glass of Reilly's Oak Whiskey Red. The beer pours a red-tinted brown color with a frothy beige colored head. The aroma consists of oak, whiskey, caramel, and grass. The taste is bold with whiskey on the front end and an oak dryness. Peat, caramel, and grass flavors all surface and the finish has a warmness to it with some rye spice. The alcohol content is 5.6% ABV. I thoroughly enjoyed drinking this beer with its warming qualities and great whiskey flavor.
